Globe Powers Up for a Sustainable Tomorrow with Energize 2023 Summit

Globe, the leading digital solutions platform, is spearheading its sustainability agenda with Energize 2023, a groundbreaking two-day summit designed to cultivate an energy-conscious culture within the organization and its broader value chain.

Scheduled for October 3-4, Energize: The Globe Energy & Power Summit 2023 is a pivotal event focused on advancing a greener future through the adoption of renewable energy and efficiency practices. The summit is set to engage Globe employees and industry partners through insightful discussions, on-site product demonstrations, and immersive experiences showcasing green network and building solutions.

The summit brings together key stakeholders, including Globe leaders, employees, industry partners, energy suppliers, and representatives from the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). Attendees will have the opportunity to deep-dive into various knowledge areas related to energy management, renewable sources, the energy industry and market, and innovative energy-efficient solutions.

The agenda is packed with enriching activities, including a talk on Globe’s Net Zero milestones and its alignment with national and global sustainability goals. Participants will also experience a firsthand walkthrough, exploring the green network and building solutions that have earned Globe the title of the Most Sustainability Driven Network in the Philippines. Plenary talks will cover diverse topics, from understanding electricity bills to updates on the power industry and the regulatory environment.
