The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) said it is on red alert and on round the clock monitoring as Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) issued red rainfall warning with heavy to intense rainfall affecting Metro Manila, Bataan, Zambales, Pampanga, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Tarlac, Bulacan, Occidental Mindoro and Northern Quezon.
