How to Help Flood Victims

If you intend to help victims of the flooding that swept many parts of Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon on August 19 and 20, 2013, you can contact Red Cross.

The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) said it is on red alert and on round the clock monitoring as Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) issued red rainfall warning with heavy to intense rainfall affecting Metro Manila, Bataan, Zambales, Pampanga, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Tarlac, Bulacan, Occidental Mindoro and Northern Quezon.
